SMS and Contact Communication – Quality Correctional Care (QCC)
By submitting your contact information through the “Contact Us” feature on our website, you understand and agree that your inquiry may be forwarded to the appropriate department within Quality Correctional Care (QCC) for follow-up.
While you may be asked to provide a phone number for communication purposes, we do not expect to send messages via SMS (text message). Our primary method of communication is by telephone. Please note that appropriate Releases of Information (ROIs) must be in place prior to any discussion of patient-specific details.
If at any time you wish to stop receiving communication from QCC, please submit a request through the Contact Us page asking to be removed.
