Interdisciplinary Approach

Correctional healthcare takes more than a clinical team. It takes an operational partner who can manage specialty populations, navigate accreditation, control costs, and support the people doing the work inside the facility. Clinical Services

Medical Care

QCC’s medical services range from routine checkups to emergency response, delivered across the length of a patient’s incarceration — from intake screening through pre-release planning. We work to manage chronic conditions and coordinate medications as treatment evolves. For many patients, the intake screening process is the first time in years they’ve been in front of a medical team, and continuity sits at the center of our practice.

  • Receiving screening and initial health assessment as applicable
  • Non-emergent healthcare
  • Medication management and pharmacy coordination
  • Oral treatment referrals when necessary
  • Emergency medical response plan and crisis stabilization
  • Infection prevention and control plan
  • Discharge planning for continuing community healthcare
  • Coordination of off-site specialty care and emergency transports

Operational Services

Facility Services

QCC uniquely understands the challenges of working in correctional settings. Our facility services include assistance with ILEA-approved continuing education, de-escalation training, pre-employment psychological evaluations, and critical incident debriefing. These services are available to assist with officer safety, reduce liability exposure, and strengthen the operational foundation of each facility we serve.
