Lisa brings over 15 years of experience in law enforcement and corrections administrative services. Her knowledge of the governmental policies, state statutes and jail standards make her a valuable asset to sheriffs and jail commanders across the state. Lisa works with county commissioners and county councils across the state to save tax dollars. QCC’s team of medical billing specialists work to save you money by ensuring each medical bill is reduced to the lowest payable amount allowed by law.
Abbey Hall began her career with QCC as a part time clerical in 2011. After completing her Masters at Butler University, she joined the QCC family full time. Abbey is now the Chief Operating Officer. Abbey loves handling all QCC’s behind the scenes operations as well as working directly with team member on personnel related items. Her favorite aspect of her job is Cultural Development. Abbey is dedicated to helping bring QCC’s mission to fruition.
Dr. Michael Person
Dr. Person has worked as a correctional physician for twelve years with experience working in both prisons and county jails. Dr. Person completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University then graduated from Loyola University School of Medicine in 1997. He completed his residency program with Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1997.
Amber is the Human Resources Administrator at Quality Correctional Care. She graduated in December 2018 with her Master’s in Business Administration and began working with QCC in February 2019. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has had a career history in the nursing, mental health, and addiction fields. Amber loves working for QCC because they not only provide medical care, but also mental health and addiction treatment to a population that greatly needs all three aspects! She also loves that QCC thrives at making their team members feel appreciated and valued.
Sandy has been with QCC since 2011. She started as a sit nurse in the first county that QCC first provided services for. Sandy began her career in correctional nursing in 1993. She brings with her a wealth of experience from the DOC. Sandy’s favorite aspect of her role with QCC is the opportunity to meet, teach, and learn from so many wonderful nurses.
Shelly has been with QCC since 2013. She started as a full-time site nurse and grew into a Regional Nurse Manager position. She enjoys being able to guide and lead her team to becoming stronger correctional nurses as well as working towards our core mission.
Steph has been an employee of QCC since its inception in 2011. Steph brings with her over sixteen years of nursing experience. She operates as our Regional Nurse Manager for the mid-state region of Indiana covering eleven counties. Steph’s favorite part of her job, is being able to serve a very underserved population. She, also, loves the family culture of QCC.
